Hover Crossing is a brand new community that is located in Longmont, CO. We're located approximately 40 minutes, via interstate I-25 from downtown Denver and very close, only approx 15 minutes from the picturesque town of Boulder and also to several smaller towns equally as enjoyable as Boulder, Louisville and Lafayette. Hover Crossing is also very close to the one of our most beautiful national parks and playgrounds in Estes Park. This is where you'll also find some of the most gorgeous mountain ranges on the front range and also where the very famous Longs Peak, one of Colorado's 'fourteeners' stands challenging all to climb her. Many try, many turn back! These mountain ranges can all be seen from our community and from the town of Longmont.
Hover Crossing is truly a niche community within an area where homes are built around her. Hover Crossing will have only 53 homes within the community when we are complete. There are some walking trails within our community. The homes are designed with plans that will show two Ranch styled homes, and 4 two-story homes. The ranches start at 1446 square feet and go to 1540 square feet and the two-stories start from 1622 square feet and go up to 2214 square feet. All of the homes come with full basements, appliances (including a washer/dryer) and Lennar offers the homes as 'standard' or you may select several upgrade packages, if you choose to do so to customize your home to your needs.
Easy shopping to the grocery stores, drugstores, Starbucks, several restaurants and many other necessities are within walking distance of our great community. We are currently building all 6 floor plans for our inventory to sell. The first plan will be available for move in this September. We have two models for your previews: the smallest Ranch, The Adams , and the largest two-story, The Roosevelt. There is a small HOA fee for this community of $32.00 per month. Schools are close by too, should you have children. This community is very 'easy on the eyes' for there are already many mature and long standing trees around the existing lots. These homes are also built ' PowerSmart with Energy Star Ratings. Simply said, your energy savings will be significant having Low-E dual pane windows; tight construction reducing internal leaks and drafts; insulated fiberglass front door; engineered wood trim and siding; 2X6 exterior wall construction and exterior grading: all grading is sloped away from the home to prevent moisture issues.
